This Privacy Policy explains how Capsa Coding (“Capsa,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through capsacoding.com (the “Site”). It applies to the marketing Site only. Use of the Capsa Charge Capture application is governed by a separate written agreement.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a demo, pilot, or waitlist request, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, work email, organization, role, EHR, visit volume, and any message.
- Limited technical data. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate Site usage. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
How we use information
- To respond to your demo, pilot, or waitlist request and to contact you about Capsa.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
- We do not sell your personal information.
How information is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site — our form-delivery provider (Formspree) and our hosting and analytics provider (Cloudflare) — each under their own terms, and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We keep request information for as long as needed to respond to you and for legitimate business purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, email privacy@capsacoding.com. You can opt out of further contact at any time.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Audience
The Site is intended for healthcare and revenue-cycle professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date.
